GFY provided professional engineering services for the 25 +/- acres for the development of an 80,000 SF Skilled Nursing Facility. The Pines is a complete senior care community. GFY provided the master plan, civil engineering design, permitting and construction services, and rezone support to assist from start to finish. Our design included paving, grading, drainage, stormwater management, floodplain compensation, and water and sewer utilities. The team completed permitting with the City of Sarasota, SWFWMD, and FDEP.
