Johns Hopkins All Children’s Research and Education Building

GFY provided design and permitting services for the construction of the new 225,000 SF, 7-floor Research and Education Building at John Hopkins All Children’s Hospital. The facility offers space for learning, research, and collaboration for pediatric residents in both the USF Health and the Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital residency programs.

As part of the design services contract, GFY provided construction observation and contractor coordination, reviewing design plans for constructability, quality assurance for construction, scheduling, clearly defining scope items, review of cost and time charges, exceptions, and inspections.
