Halkey-Roberts Manufacturing Expansion

GFY provided civil design services for the 116k sf expansion project of an existing 133k Halkey-Roberts manufacturing facility. The project site is approximately 11.04 +/-acres. The GFY team modified the existing stormwater permit that serviced the 130-acre industrial development with the SWFWMD. The original permit was issued in 2006 for this property, which GFY was the EOR. The team provided site building expansion, reroute utilities, drainage, sanitary connections, roadway/median and turn lane modifications, and loading dock design.
