Starkey Road Improvements

GFY provided utility coordination services related to improvements of the roadway, drainage, sidewalks, bicycle lanes and turn lanes along Starkey Road from Bryan Dairy Road to Ulmerton Road, a project length of approximately 1.5 miles.

Tasks included coordination of the design work with public and private utility agencies with existing and planned facilities within the limits of the project, from 60% through 100% design phases. Tasks also included the arrangement of utility coordination meetings, completion of a utility conflict matrix, final agreements with utility owners and utility certification.
