George F. Young, Inc. provided Professional Civil consulting services for a 32,000 SF Publix Supermarket with an additional 18,000 SF of retail, café space and the relocated Chihuly Studio located at the southeast corner of Central Avenue and Eighth Street South in St. Petersburg. Services included coordinating the building design with Publix Supermarkets design criteria, relocation of utilities, vacations/dedication of easements, and streetscape design to Plaza Parkway requirements, traffic circulation, underground stormwater management and permitting.
