The One

The project included evaluation, feasibility study, and coordination with the City of St. Petersburg to determine the appropriate route for the 12” sanitary sewer relocation.

700 Central Retail

GFY provided coordination and building design services with Publix Supermarkets design criteria, relocation of utilities, vacations/dedications of easements, streetscape design to Plaza Parkway requirements, traffic circulation, underground stormwater management and permitting through the City of St. Petersburg, SWFWMD and FDEP.

Center Point

GFY provided professional engineering services for the 50 +/- acres for the development of the multi-use site.
