USF St. Petersburg Student Housing

GFY provided civil engineering design services to add a new multi-story student housing facility and the associated infrastructure. GFY prepared site construction plans, permitting for proposed campus expansion, and site development. Design services included paving, grading, drainage, and stormwater management. Permitting included the City of St. Petersburg permits, SWFWMD and FDEP permits, and FAA approval. The site engineering budget included design/construction, permitting, and supplemental services.
