Roger Menendez, ICP, CE, MS, is a Certified Ecologist and an AICP Planner with over 40 years of experience throughout the US, in private and public sectors. Roger’s expertise includes environmental permitting; protected species and seagrass assessments, wetland evaluation and mitigation; and NEPA studies. He has served as an Expert Witness for the State of Florida in cases involving wetland ecology, hazardous materials, and Section 404 during his tenure as an Environmental Administrator with the FDOT D6, as an Environmental Specialist with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and as an environmental scientist with private engineering firms.
