Kevin Humbert has two years of experience as a project site foreman in the building construction industry and over eight years of experience in subsurface utility engineering (SUE). Kevin started working in the field as a subsurface utility locator until being promoted to utility coordinator to work with the utility agency owners. In early 2017, he was promoted to subsurface utility engineering manager and handled all facets of utility projects from small site civil projects to managing the subsurface utility engineering on the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Joint Venture Gateway Express Design Build Project.
