Jeremy Lunsford, PE, has over 15 years of structural design experience in the federal and commercial industries including multifamily, retail, K-12 education, temporary structures, and hospitality. In addition to the commercial projects, Jeremy has worked on numerous design projects at federal bases in Florida including MacDill AFB, Eglin AFB, and Homestead Air Reserve Base. He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Alabama, Connecticut and California. Invovled in several organizations including, American Society of Civil Engineers, American Institute of Steel Construction, Florida Structural Engineers Association, Urban Land Institute.

In the last quarter of 2021, Jeremy spearheaded our newest in-house service line, structural engineering. As Vice President, Jeremy oversees the growth for the department as well as the oversight of all structural engineering projects in southwest Florida. over
