George F. Young, Inc. provided services for a 5-story 173,024 SF regional office building set on 15 acres that contains 600 parking spaces outside and under the building. Services included boundary survey, topographical survey, utilities survey, site development design plans, 10” sanitary sewer relocation design plans, potable water design plans, fire protection water design plans, stormwater treatment and attenuation design plans. Permitting included permits to Pinellas County, Florida Department of Transportation, Florida Department of Environmental Protection and South West Florida Water Management District.

George F. Young, Inc. also provided services for a 3-story building 125’ x 120’ file storage and 22 parking space garage on the ground floor of the building located on the south side adjacent to the regional office center. Services included a topographical survey, above and below ground utility survey, prepared drainage calculations, design, and submittal of a modified South West Florida Water Management District Environmental Resource. Permit application including processing the permit for approval.
