George F. Young, Inc. provided Professional Civil Engineering services for the construction of a 22,369 s.f. office/warehouse building design-build project. The project serves as the new district office for TECO Peoples Gas and includes warehouse space for field crews. The project design also plans for future expansion to the north and northeast for a training facility and an operations building with CNG station, which will be designed and constructed as a phase 2.
