Young, Inc. provided Civil Engineering, Surveying and Subsurface Utility Engineering Services for the site Assessment, Space Needs and Alternative’s Development for the 6.36 Acre Downtown Police Headquarters. The Site Assessment included inventory of all of the surrounding utilities and evaluations of site conditions and stormwater for development potential.

The design services included development of phased site development plans for the 164,000SF Police Headquarters and Emergency operations Center including power and communication utility relocation, water, sewer and drainage design, and stormwater management for the planned facility.
