One St. Petersburg is a 41-story condominium tower with an integrated 6-story parking structure which will be the tallest building in Pinellas County. The project site also includes 175 rooms, 12-story hotel with a separate parking garage. George F. Young, Inc. provided Civil Engineering, Surveying and Subsurface Utilities Locating and Designating for the infrastructure development of the entire project. Services included major utility relocation, alley vacation, replatting, streetscape design to Plaza parkway requirements, parking, roadway modifications, utility extensions, and underground stormwater management.
