The project site is approximately 2.0 acres and has property frontage on First Avenue South, Seventh Street South, Second Avenue South, and Eighth Street South. Services included relocation of utilities, alley vacation, replatting, design of streetscape to meet Plaza Parkway requirements, utility and drainage infrastructure to support the building use and underground stormwater management.
