George F. Young, Inc. provided Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture design services for The Bayfront Medical James Heart Center project which consisted of an 111,600 SF, 4-story Medical Office, 9-story parking garage, and a pedestrian bridge crossing Sixth Avenue South.  Design services included relocation of utilities, parking, drainage, stormwater management and roadway improvements to support the building.

George F. Young, Inc. also provided Civil Engineering, Surveying, Subsurface Utility Locating and Landscape Architecture for the repowering of the entire Bayfront Campus for emergency preparedness. The infrastructure improvements for parking, utilities, drainage and stormwater management to accommodate the emergency generators and electrical conduits throughout the medical campus. Clash detection and conflict avoidance with existing facilities were instrumental in controlling the construction budget.
