The George F. Young, Inc. Centers of Excellence were derived as a method to provide our clients with our multi-discipline services under the direction of a highly qualified Client Manager to assist the client in meeting their project goals.Through our Centers of Excellence you have the benefit of a single source that will effectively take your project from concept through completion. Our President has implemented a Center of Excellence for each of our service lines indicated below:

• Governmental Services
• Healthcare and Institutional Facilities
• Parks and Recreation
• Property Transaction Support Services
• Transportation Engineering Support
A Client Manager, who is a principle of the firm, leads each Center of Excellence. The Client Manager maintains regular contact with the Client throughout the project and serves as a champion for the Client.
Centers of Excellence cross the lines of professional disciplines and instead focus on Client based services.
Each Center of Excellence includes an integrated multi-discipline team who are experts in each of the above service lines. Our multi-discipline teams may include Architects, Civil Engineers, Ecologists, Hydrographic Surveyors, Landscape Architects, AICP Certified Planners, Subsurface Utility Engineers, and Surveyors and Mappers as appropriate for the project.
